(ވިދާޅުވަމުންނެވެ.) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް އަޅުކަންކުރާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، އެކަލާނގެއަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަހުރެންނަށް ކިޔަމަންވާށެވެ!

and reverence him, who supplied you with everything you know.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނަ نعمة ތަކުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް مدد ދެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ!

guard all your prayers, and the middle prayer; and stand with reverence before allah.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނަމާދުތަކާއި، އަދި، މެދުނަމާދުގެ މައްޗަށް ރައްކާތެރިވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް ކިޔަމަންތެރިވެ، މަޑުމައިތިރިކަމާއެކު (ނަމާދުގައި) قائم ވެ ތިބޭށެވެ!

that you may believe in god and his messenger and succour him, and reverence him, and that you may give him glory at the dawn and in the evening.
(އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާއަށް إيمان ވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެއަށް نصر ވެރިވުމަށާއި، އެކަލާނގެއަށް މާތްކޮށްހިތުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެއަށް ހެނދުނާއި، ހަވީރު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން تسبيح ދެންނެވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

their sides shun their beds, as they pray to their lord, out of reverence and hope; and from our provisions to them, they give.
އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް ބިރުވެތިކަމާއި އުންމީދާއެކު دعاء ކުރާ حال، އެއުރެންގެ އަރިކަށިތައް (ރޭއަޅުކަންކުރުމަށްޓަކައި) ތަންމަތިތަކާ ފޭވެއެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، އެއުރެންނަށް ދެއްވި ތަކެތީން، އެއުރެން ހޭދަކުރެތެވެ.

they who speak in a low voice in the presence of god's apostle, have had their hearts tried by god for reverence. there is forgiveness for them and a great reward.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه ގެ رسول އާގެ އަރިހުގައި އެއުރެންގެ އަޑު މަޑުކުރާ މީހުންނީ އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތައް اللَّه، امتحان ކުރައްވައި، تقوى ވެރިވުމަށް ފަހިކޮށްދެއްވި މީހުންނެވެ. އެއުރެންނަށް ފާފަފުއްސެވުމަކާއި، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދަރުމައެއްހުށްޓެވެ.

and who is more unjust than he who prohibits the name of god being used in his mosques, who hurries to despoil them even though he has no right to enter them except in reverence? for them is ignominy in the world and severe punishment in the life to come.
اللَّه ގެ މިސްކިތްތަކުގައި އެކަލާނގެ اسم ފުޅު ނަންގަތުން މަނާކޮށް، އަދި އެތަންތަން (ފަޅުކޮށް) خراب ކުރުމަށް މަސައްކަތްކޮށްފި މީހަކަށްވުރެ އަނިޔާވެރިކަންބޮޑީ ކާކުހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއުރެން ބިރުންތިބޭ حال ގައި މެނުވީ، އެތަންތަނަށް ވަދެއުޅުމެއް އެއުރެންނަކަށް ނުވެއެވެ. ދުނިޔޭގައި އެއުރެންނަށްހުރީ ނިކަމެތިކަމެވެ. އަދި آخرة ގައި އެއުރެންނަށް ހުރީ ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެވެ.

he knows what is before them, and what is behind them, and they offer no intercession except for those who are acceptable, and they stand in awe and reverence of his (glory).
އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިމަތީގައިވާ ކަންތަކާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ފަހަތުގައިވާ ކަންތައް، އެކަލާނގެ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެ ރުހިވޮޑިގެންވާ އަޅަކަށް މެނުވީ، އެބޭކަލުން شفاعة ތެރިއެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ. އަދި އެބޭކަލުންތިއްބަވާނީ، އެކަލާނގެ ހައިބަވަންތަކަމަށް ބިރުވެތިވެގެންނެވެ.

and do thou (o reader!) bring thy lord to remembrance in thy (very) soul, with humility and in reverence, without loudness in words, in the mornings and evenings; and be not thou of those who are unheedful.
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ހިތްޕުޅުން ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! މަޑުމޮޅިވެ، ބިރުވެތިވާ حال ގައެވެ. ބަސްބުނުމުގެ ތެރެއިން އަޑުހަރުކުރުމަށްވުރެ މަޑުންނެވެ. ހެނދުނާއި ހަވީރުގެ ވަގުތު ތަކުގައެވެ. އަދި غافل ވެގެންވާ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލޭގެފާނު ވެވަޑައިނުގަންނަވާށެވެ!
