އެކަލާނގެއީ، ކަލޭގެފާނު (ނަމާދަށް) ތެދުވެވަޑައިގަންނަވާހިނދު، ކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

who seeth thee when thou standest up (to pray)
އެކަލާނގެއީ، ކަލޭގެފާނު (ނަމާދަށް) ތެދުވެވަޑައިގަންނަވާހިނދު، ކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ވަނީ މާތްވެގެންވާ خلق ފުޅެއްގެ މަތީގައިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

therefor (o muhammad) put thy trust in allah, for thou (standest) on the plain truth.
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނު اللَّه އަށް وكيل ކުރައްވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނުވަނީ، ބަޔާންވެގެންވާ حق މަގުގައެވެ.

now await in patience the command of thy lord: for verily thou art in our eyes: and celebrate the praises of thy lord the while thou standest forth,
ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حكم ފުޅަށް ކެތްކުރައްވާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނުވަނީ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ދަށުގައެވެ. އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނު ތެދުވެވަޑައިގަންނަވާހިނދު ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް حمد އާއެކު تسبيح ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ!

and of the people of the book is he who, if thou trust him with a hundredweight, will restore it thee; and of them is he who, if thou trust him with one pound, will not restore it thee, unless ever thou standest over him. that, because they say, 'there is no way over us as to the common people.'
ނުހަނު ގިނަ މުދަލަކުން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެމީހަކާ أمانة حوال ކުރައްވައިފިނަމަ، އެ أمانة ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އަނބުރައި ރައްދުކުރާ މީހުން ފޮތުގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިންވެއެވެ. އަދި، ދީނާރަކުން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެމީހަކާ أمانة حوال ކުރައްވައިފިނަމަ، (އެ أمانة އަނބުރައި ރައްދުކުރުން އެދިވަޑައިގެން) އެކަމުގެ މަތީގައި ކަލޭގެފާނު قائم ވެވަޑައިގެން ހުންނެވިއްޔާ މެނުވީ، އެ أمانة ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އަނބުރައި ރައްދު ނުކުރާ މީހުންވެސް އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިންވެއެވެ. އެއީ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެން ބުނެއުޅެނީ أمّى ންނާ މެދުގައި، (އެބަހީ: عربى ންނާ މެދުގައި) އެހެން ހެދުމަކުން އެއްވެސް ފާފައެއް އަހަރެމެންގެ މައްޗަކަށް ނެތެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ދެނެތިބެ اللَّه އާމެދު ދޮގުބަސްތައް ބުނަނީއެވެ.
