ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދުވަހަކަށް އެއުރެން ފޮނުއްވާނޭ ކަމުގައި އެއުރެން يقين ނުކުރަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

say: it is tremendous tidings
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އެއީ (އެބަހީ: قرآن އަކީ) ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ خبر އެކެވެ.

how tremendous is the true event!
ކަށަވަރުވެގެންވާ قيامة ދުވަހަކީ، ކޮންދުވަހެއް ހެއްޔެވެ؟

and who have plotted a tremendous plot
އަދި އެއުރެން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ މަކަރުވެރި ރޭވުމެއް ރޭވޫއެވެ.

"and they have devised a tremendous plot.
އަދި އެއުރެން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ މަކަރުވެރި ރޭވުމެއް ރޭވޫއެވެ.

and he showed him the tremendous token.
ފަހެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނު، އޭނާޔަށް ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ معجزة ދެއްކެވިއެވެ.

and lo! thou art of a tremendous nature.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ވަނީ މާތްވެގެންވާ خلق ފުޅެއްގެ މަތީގައިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

say: “this is a tiding of tremendous import
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އެއީ (އެބަހީ: قرآن އަކީ) ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ خبر އެކެވެ.

it is an oath, if you only knew, that is tremendous.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނަނީނަމަ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއީ ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ހުވަޔެއްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

and that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނަނީނަމަ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއީ ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ހުވަޔެއްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

lo! he used not to believe in allah the tremendous,
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އޭނާ މާތް اللَّه އަށް إيمان ވާކަމުގައެއް ނުވެއެވެ.

and what have you understood, how tremendous the true event is!
ކަށަވަރުވެގެންވާ قيامة ދުވަހަކީ، ކޮންދުވަހެއްކަން ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އަންގައިދިނީ ކޮންއެއްޗެއްތޯއެވެ؟

and because they disbelieved and slandered maryam with a tremendous accusation.
އަދި، އެއުރެން كافر ވުމުގެ ސަބަބުންނާއި، އަދި އެއުރެން مريم ގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ بهتان ދޮގެއް ބުނުމުގެ ސަބަބުންމެއެވެ.

therefor (o muhammad) praise the name of thy lord, the tremendous.
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނު ގެ ވެރި، މާތްވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ اسم ފުޅުން ކަލޭގެފާނު تسبيح ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ!

therefor (o muhammad), praise the name of thy lord, the tremendous.
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރި، މާތްވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ اسم ފުޅުން ކަލޭގެފާނު تسبيح ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ!

allah; there is no allah save him, the lord of the tremendous throne.
اللَّه އީ، އެކަލާނގެ ފިޔަވައި حق ވެގެން އަޅުކަމެއްވެވޭ إله އަކު ނުވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެއީ މާތްވެގެންވާ عرش ގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and because of their disbelief and of their speaking against mary a tremendous calumny;
އަދި، އެއުރެން كافر ވުމުގެ ސަބަބުންނާއި، އަދި އެއުރެން مريم ގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ بهتان ދޮގެއް ބުނުމުގެ ސަބަބުންމެއެވެ.

in that situation were the believers tried: they were shaken as by a tremendous shaking.
އެވަގުތު مؤمن ން امتحان ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި ގަދަވެގެންވާ ގުޑުމަކުން އެއުރެންނަށް ގުޑުން އަރައިގެން ދިޔައެވެ. (އެބަހީ: އެއުރެންގެ ސާބިތުކަން ގެއްލި، އެގޮތް މިގޮތް ވެގެންދިޔައެވެ.)

but the factions differed among themselves. so woe to the faithless at the scene of a tremendous day.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ އެކި جماعة ތަކުގެ މެދުގައި خلاف އުފެދުނެވެ. ފަހެ، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދުވަހެއްގެ (ބިރުވެރިކަން) ދެކޭހިނދު، كافر ވީ މީހުންނަށް ހަލާކާއި ގެއްލުންހުށްޓެވެ.
