(muhammad), if you invite them to the right guidance, they will not listen to you. you will see them looking at you but they do not really see.
اور ان کو اگر کوئی بات بتلانے کو پکارو تو اس کو نہ سنیں اور ان کو آپ دیکھتے ہیں کہ گویا وه آپ کو دیکھ رہے ہیں اور وه کچھ بھی نہیں دیکھتے

they say, "we believe in allah and in the messenger, and we obey": but even after that, some of them turn away: they are not (really) believers.
اور بعض لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم خدا پر اور رسول پر ایمان لائے اور (ان کا) حکم مان لیا پھر اس کے بعد ان میں سے ایک فرقہ پھر جاتا ہے اور یہ لوگ صاحب ایمان ہی نہیں ہیں

but how do they come to you for decision while they have the taurat (torah), in which is the (plain) decision of allah; yet even after that, they turn away. for they are not (really) believers.
(تعجب کی بات ہے کہ) وه کیسے اپنے پاس تورات ہوتے ہوئے جس میں احکام الٰہی ہیں تم کو منصف بناتے ہیں پھر اس کے بعد بھی پھر جاتے ہیں، دراصل یہ ایمان ویقین والے ہیں ہی نہیں
