i would like to formaly file my vacation leave from may 28 to june 10,2023 as i need ho home to our province of baggao,cagayan for a family affair.according to our company record i still have 10 more leave credits and i would like to consume same of the remaining rest assured that i will back on june 10 2023 and work on my tasks in the company i hope this request would ment your aporoval.
