my mother tongue is bicol language i learned it from my parents and colleagues at home. i was born in quezon province where tagalog is the language but we moved there to bicol province because of a tragedy that happened, i was only 1 year old then. as a student we need to learn the filipino language which is what is used here in the philippines to understand each other because we have different dialects. nga
