this study was intented to have further understanding

epidemiological history: (1) a history of travel or residence in wuhan city and surrounding areas, or other communities where covid-19 cases had been reported in the last 14 days before symptom onset; (2) a history of contact with sars-cov-2 infectious cases (with positive nucleic acid test); (3) a history of contacting with patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from wuhan city and surrounding areas, or other communities where covid-19 had been reported in the last 14 days before symptom onset; (4) a history of contacting with cluster of confirmed cases (≥ 2 cases with fever and/or respiratory symptoms occurred within 2 weeks in small areas, such as home, office, class of school, etc).
epidemiological history: kasaysayan ng epidemiolohiko: (1) isang kasaysayan ng paglalakbay o tirahan sa lungsod ng wuhan at mga nakapalibot na lugar, o iba pang mga pamayanan kung saan ang mga kaso ng covid-19 ay naiulat sa huling 14 na araw bago nagsimula ang sintomas; (2) isang kasaysayan ng pakikipag-ugnay sa nakakahawang kasong sars-cov-2 (na may positibong pagsubok sa asidong nucleic); (3) isang kasaysayan ng pakikipag-ugnay sa mga pasyente na may lagnat o sintomas ng paghinga mula sa lungsod ng wuhan at mga nakapalibot na lugar, o iba pang mga komunidad kung saan ang covid-19 ay naiulat sa huling 14 na araw bago nagsimula ang sintomas; (4) isang kasaysayan ng pakikipag-ugnay sa kumpol ng kumpirmadong mga kaso (≥ 2 kaso na may lagnat at / o mga sintomas ng paghinga na naganap sa loob ng 2 linggo sa mga maliliit na lugar, tulad ng bahay, opisina, klase ng paaralan, atbp.).
