so shall we glorify thee,

Оё ба он сабаб, ки мардуме аз ҳад гузашта ҳастед, аз шумо рӯй гардонем ва Қуръонро аз шумо дареғ дорем?

so shall we pay you taxes on the understanding that you will set up a barrier between us and them?"
Мехоҳи хироҷе барои ту муқаррар кунем, то ту миёни мову онҳо деворе бароварӣ?»

shall we then treat those who have surrendered as we treat the guilty?
Оё бо таслимшудагон чун ба гунаҳкорон рафтор мекунем?

the offspring of the believers will also follow them to paradise. so shall we join their offspring to them because of their faith.
Касоне, ки худ имон оварданд ва фарзандонашон дар имон пайравияшон карданд.

we said, "your lord may yet have mercy on you, but if you do the same again, so shall we: we have made hell a prison for those who deny the truth."
Шояд Парвардигоратон бар шумо раҳмат оварад. Ва агар бозгардед, бозмегардем ва ҷаҳаннамро зиндони кофирон сохтаем.

and they say, "our hearts are encased against that to which you call us, and there is a heaviness in our ears, and there is a barrier between us, so do as you will and so shall we."
Гуфтанд: «Дилҳои мо аз он чӣ моро ба он даъват мекунӣ, дар парда аст ва гӯшҳоямон сангин аст ва миёни мову ту ҳиҷобест. Ту ба кори худ пардоз ва мо низ ба кори худ мепардозем».

(god) will say: "because our signs came to you, but you disregarded them. so shall we disregard you this day."
Гуяд: «Ҳамчунон ки ту оёти Моро фаромӯш мекардӣ, имрӯз худ фаромӯш гаштаӣ».

shall we treat those who submit [to us] as [we treat] the guilty?
Оё бо таслимшудагон чун ба гунаҳкорон рафтор мекунем?

Имрӯз онҳоро, ки дини хеш лаҳву бозича пиндоштанд ва зиндагии дунё фиребашон дода буд, фаромӯш мекунем, ҳамчунон, ки онҳо низ расидан ба мн рӯзро аз ёд бурда буданд ва оёти Моро дурӯғ мебароварданд.

the day that we roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as we produced the first creation, so shall we produce a new one: a promise we have undertaken: truly shall we fulfil it.
Ва чунон ки нахустин бор биёфаридем, офариниш аз сар гирем. Ин ваъдаест, ки бароварданаш бар ӯхдаи Мост ва Мо чунон хоҳем кард.

they said: "shall we believe in two men like ourselves, and their people are obedient to us with humility (and we use them to serve us as we like)."
ва гуфтанд: «Оё ба ду инсон, ки монанди мо ҳастанд ва қавмашон бандагони мо буданд, имон биёварем?»

(o disbelievers) if you ask for a judgement, now has the judgement come unto you and if you cease (to do wrong), it will be better for you, and if you return (to the attack), so shall we return, and your forces will be of no avail to you, however numerous it be, and verily, allah is with the believers.
Агар пирӯзӣ хоҳед, пирӯзиятон фаро расид ва агар аз куфр бозистед, бароятон беҳтар аст ва агар бозгардед, бозмегардем ва сипоҳи шумо ҳарчанд фаровон бошад, бароятон нафъе нахоҳад дошт, ки Ху до бо мӯъминон аст.
