so verily i am going to send a present unto them, and see with what answer the envoys come back.
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

and never say thou of a thing: verily i am going to do that on the morrow.
Ҳаргиз магӯй: «Фардо чунин мекунам»,

he said: verily i am going to make thee a leader unto mankind.
Худо гуфт: «Ман туро пешвои мардум гардонидам».

but lo! i am going to send a present unto them, and to see with what (answer) the messengers return.
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

and surely i am going to send a present to them, and shall wait to see what (answer) do the apostles bring back.
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

"but verily! i am going to send him a present, and see with what (answer) the messengers return."
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

and he said: verily i am going to my lord who will guide me.
Гуфт: «Ман ба сӯи Парвардигорам меравам. Ӯ маро роҳнамоӣ хоҳад кард.

abraham said: “i am going to my lord; he will guide me.
Гуфт: «Ман ба сӯи Парвардигорам меравам. Ӯ маро роҳнамоӣ хоҳад кард.

and do not say, regarding anything, 'i am going to do that tomorrow,'
Ҳаргиз магӯй: «Фардо чунин мекунам»,

and he said (after his rescue from the fire): "verily, i am going to my lord.
Гуфт: «Ман ба сӯи Парвардигорам меравам.

[so mention] when your lord said to the angels, "indeed, i am going to create a human being from clay.
Парвардигорат ба фариштагон гуфт: «Ман башареро аз гил меофаринам.

"but i am going to send him a present, and (wait) to see with what (answer) return (my) ambassadors."
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

allah said: verily i am going to send it down to you, but whosoever of you disbelieveth thereafter, verily shall torment him with a torment wherewith i shall not torment any other of the worlds.
Худо гуфт: «Ман он дастархонро барои шумо мефиристам, вале ҳар кӣ аз шумо аз он пас кофир шавад, чунон азобаш мекунам, ки ҳеҷ як аз мардуми ҷаҳонро ончунон азоб накарда бошам».

(remember) when your lord said to the angels: "truly, i am going to create man from clay".
Парвардигорат ба фариштагон гуфт: «Ман башареро аз гил меофаринам.

and, o my people! work according to your condition, verily i am going to work in my way; presently ye shall know on whom cometh a torment humiliating him and who is a liar.
Эй қавми ман, шумо ҳамчунон, ки ҳастед, ба кори худ машғул бошед ва ман ҳам ба кори худ машғул мешавам. Ба зуди хоҳед донист, ки он азоби хоркунанда бар чӣ касе фурӯд меояд ва чӣ касе дурӯғгӯст.

he (allah) said (to him), "verily, i am going to make you a leader (prophet) of mankind."
Худо гуфт: «Ман туро пешвои мардум гардонидам».

and (remember) when your lord said to the angels: "i am going to create a man (adam) from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud.
Ва Парвардигорат ба фариштагон гуфт: «Мехоҳам башаре аз гили хушк, аз лои бӯйнок биёфаринам.

when your lord said to the angels, ‘indeed i am going to set a viceroy on the earth,’ they said, ‘will you set in it someone who will cause corruption in it and shed blood, while we celebrate your praise and proclaim your sanctity?’
Ва чун Парвардигорат ба фариштагон гуфт: «Ман дар замин халифае меофаринам», гуфтанд: «Оё касеро меофарини, ки дар он ҷо фасод кунад ва хунҳо бирезад ва ҳол он ки мо ба ситоиши Ту тасбеҳ мегӯем ва Туро ба поки иқрор мекунем?».

and when your lord said to the angels, i am going to place in the earth a khalif, they said: what! wilt thou place in it such as shall make mischief in it and shed blood, and we celebrate thy praise and extol thy holiness?
Ва чун Парвардигорат ба фариштагон гуфт: «Ман дар замин халифае меофаринам», гуфтанд: «Оё касеро меофарини, ки дар он ҷо фасод кунад ва хунҳо бирезад ва ҳол он ки мо ба ситоиши Ту тасбеҳ мегӯем ва Туро ба поки иқрор мекунем?».
