கோட்டைகளால் அரண் செய்யப்பட்ட ஊர்களிலோ அல்லது மதில்களுக்கு அப்பால் இருந்து கொண்டோ அல்லாமல் அவர்கள் எல்லோரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து உங்களுடன் போரிட மாட்டார்கள், அவர்களுக்குள்ளேயே போரும், பகையும் மிகக் கடுமையானவை, (இந்நிலையில்) அவர்கள் யாவரும் ஒன்று பட்டிருப்பதாக நீர் எண்ணுகிறீர்; (ஆனால்) அவர்களுடைய இதயங்கள், சிதறிக் கிடக்கின்றன - இதற்குக் காரணம்; மெய்யாகவே அவர்கள் அறிவற்ற சமூகத்தார் என்பதுதான்.

and he whom allah guides, he is led aright; but he whom he sends astray for such you will find no auliya' (helpers and protectors, etc.), besides him, and we shall gather them together on the day of resurrection on their faces, blind, dumb and deaf, their abode will be hell; whenever it abates, we shall increase for them the fierceness of the fire.
அல்லாஹ் யாரை நேர்வழியில் செலுத்துகிறானோ, அவர் தாம் நேர்வழிப்பெற்றவர் ஆவார்; இன்னும் அவன் யாரை வழிகேட்டில் விடுகிறானோ அ(த்தகைய)வருக்கு உதவி செய்வோர் அவனையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீர் காணமாட்டீர்; மேலும் அவர்களைக் குருடர்களாகவும், ஊமைகளாகவும், செவிடர்களாகவும் தம் முகங்களில் குப்புற வரும்படி செய்து கியாம நாளில் ஒன்று சேர்ப்போம்; இன்னும் அவர்கள் ஒதுங்கும் இடம் நரகமேயாகும்; (நரக நெருப்பு). அணையும் போதெல்லாம் நாம் அவர்களுக்கு நெருப்பை அதிகமாக்குவோம்.
