so we took vengeance on them, and drowned them in the sea for rejecting our signs and not heeding them.
ஆகவே, அவர்கள் நம் அத்தாட்சிகளைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல்; அவற்றைப் பொய்ப்பித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்ததால், அவர்களைக் கடலில் மூழ்கடித்து அவர்களிடம் நாம் பழிவாங்கினோம்.

we know that what they say grieves you. it is not you that the wrongdoers are rejecting, rather it is the signs of god that they reject.
(நபியே!) அவர்கள் (உம்மைப் பொய்யரெனக்) கூறுவது நிச்சயமாக உம்மைக் கவலையில் ஆழ்த்துகிறது என்பதை நாம் அறிவோம்; அவர்கள் உம்மைப் பொய்யாக்கவில்லை ஆனால் இந்த அநியாயக்காரர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் வசனங்களையல்லலவா மறுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

we took revenge on them for their rejecting our miracles, by drowning them in the sea, but they were not aware of (reality).
ஆகவே, அவர்கள் நம் அத்தாட்சிகளைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல்; அவற்றைப் பொய்ப்பித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்ததால், அவர்களைக் கடலில் மூழ்கடித்து அவர்களிடம் நாம் பழிவாங்கினோம்.

that is the recompense of the enemies of allah - the fire. for them therein is the home of eternity as recompense for what they, of our verses, were rejecting.
அதுவேதான் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய பகைவர்களுக்குள்ள கூலியாகும் - அதாவது நரகம் நம் வசனங்களை அவர்கள் நிராகரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்ததன் கூலியாக அவர்களுக்கு நிரந்தரமான வீடு அ(ந்நரகத்)தில் உண்டு.

but as for those who reject faith, and die rejecting—those—upon them is the curse of god, and of the angels, and of all humanity.
யார் (இவ்வேத உண்மைகளை) நிராகரிக்கிறார்களோ, இன்னும் (நிராகரிக்கும்) காஃபிர்களாகவே மரித்தும் விடுகிறார்களோ, நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் மீது, அல்லாஹ்வுடையவும், மலக்குகளுடையவும், மனிதர்கள் அனைவருடையவும் சாபம் உண்டாகும்.

(o muhammad), warn those who are steeped in heedlessness and are obstinately rejecting the truth that the day shall come when things will be finally decided and they shall be left with utter remorse.
மேலும், (நபியே!) தீர்ப்பு அளிக்கப்படும் அந்த கைசேதப்படக்கூடிய நாளைக் குறித்து, நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்வீராக! எனினும் அவர்கள் அதைப்பற்றிக் கவலைப்படாதவர்களாகவும், நம்பாதவர்களாகவும் இருக்கின்றார்கள்.

such are the signs of allah, which we rehearse to thee in truth; then in what exposition will they believe after (rejecting) allah and his signs?
இவை அல்லாஹ்வுடைய வசனங்கள், இவற்றை (நபியே!) உம்மீது உண்மையுடன் ஓதிக் காண்பிக்கிறோம்; அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் அவனுடைய வசனங்களுக்கும் பின்னர் இவர்கள் எதனைத் தான் நம்பப் போகிறார்கள்.

(and remember) when you (the muslim army) were on the near side of the valley, and they on the farther side, and the caravan on the ground lower than you. even if you had made a mutual appointment to meet, you would certainly have failed in the appointment, but (you met) that allah might accomplish a matter already ordained (in his knowledge); so that those who were to be destroyed (for their rejecting the faith) might be destroyed after a clear evidence, and those who were to live (i.e. believers) might live after a clear evidence. and surely, allah is all-hearer, all-knower.
(பத்ரு போர்க்களத்தில் மதீனா பக்கம்) பள்ளத்தாக்கில் நீங்களும், (எதிரிகள்) தூரமான கோடியிலும், (குறைஷி வியாபாரிகளாகிய) வாகனக்காரர்கள் உங்கள் கீழ்ப்புறத்திலும் இருந்தீர்கள். நீங்களும் அவர்களும் (சந்திக்கும் காலம் இடம் பற்றி) வாக்குறுதி செய்திருந்த போதிலும் அதை நிறைவேற்றுவதில் நிச்சயமாகக் கருத்து வேற்றுமை கொண்டிருப்பீர்கள்; ஆனால் செய்யப்பட வேண்டிய காரியத்தை அல்லாஹ் நிறைவேற்றுவதற்காகவும், அழிந்தவர்கள் தக்க முகாந்தரத்துடன் அழிவதற்காகவும், தப்பிப் பிழைத்தவர்கள் தக்க முகாந்தரத்தைக் கொண்டே தப்பிக்கவும் (இவ்வாறு அவன் செய்தான்) - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் செவியேற்பவனாகவும், அறிபவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.
