(நபியே!) நாம் இ(வ் வேதத்)தை உம்முடைய மொழியில் (அருளி) எளிதாக்கியதெல்லாம், இதைக் கொண்டு நீர் - பயபக்தியுடையவர்களுக்கு நன்மாராயங் கூறவும், முரண்டாக வாதம் செய்யும் மக்களுக்கு இதைக் கொண்டு அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்வதற்குமேயாகும்.
