(நபியே!) முஃமின்களிடம் நீர் கூறினீர்; "உங்கள் ரப்பு (வானிலிருந்து) இறக்கப்பட்ட மூவாயிரம் வானவர்களைக் கொண்டு உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்வது உங்களுக்குப் போதாதா?" என்று.

surely there came to them narratives (of the ancient nations) that should suffice to deter (them from transgression),
அச்சுறுத்தலுள்ள பல செய்திகள் திடமாக (முன்னரே) அவர்களிடம் வந்திருக்கின்றன.

[and remember] when you said to the believers, "does it not suffice that your lord helps you by sending down three thousand angels?
(நபியே!) முஃமின்களிடம் நீர் கூறினீர்; "உங்கள் ரப்பு (வானிலிருந்து) இறக்கப்பட்ட மூவாயிரம் வானவர்களைக் கொண்டு உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்வது உங்களுக்குப் போதாதா?" என்று.

அல்லாஹ்வே அவனுடைய அடியாருக்குப் போதுமானவனல்லவா? இன்னும் அவனை அல்லாத (வேறு தெய்வங்களாகவுள்ள) அவர்களைக் கொண்டு அவர்கள் உம்மைப் பயமுறுத்துகின்றனர் மேலும், எவனை அல்லாஹ் வழிகேட்டில் விட்டுவிடுகிறானோ, அவனை நேர் வழியில் நடத்துவோர் எவருமில்லை.

and will provide him sustenance from whence he never even imagined. whoever puts his trust in allah, he shall suffice him. surely allah brings about what he decrees; allah has set a measure for everything.
அ(த்தகைய)வருக்கு, அவர் எண்ணியிராத புறத்திலிருந்து, அவன் உணவு (வசதி)களை அளிக்கிறான், மேலும், எவர், அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நம்பிக்கை கொண்டு அவனை முற்றிலும் சார்ந்திருக்கிறாரோ, அவருக்கு அவன் போதுமானவன், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் தன் காரியத்தை நிறைவாக்குபவன் - திண்ணமாக அல்லாஹ் ஒவ்வொரு பொருளுக்கும் ஓர் அளவை உண்டாக்கி வைத்திருக்கின்றான்.

'read thy book! thy soul suffices thee this day as a reckoner against thee.'
