"என் அருமைத் தந்தையே! நீங்கள் ஷைத்தானை வணங்காதீர்கள்; நிச்சயமாக ஷைத்தான், அர்ரஹ்மானுக்கு (அருள் மிக்க நாயனுக்கு) மாறு செய்பவன்.

if you are instigated by the devil to evil seek refuge in god, for god hears all and knows everything.
ஷைத்தான் ஏதாவதொரு (தவறான) எண்ணத்தை உம் மனத்தில் ஊசலாடச் செய்து (தவறு செய்ய உம்மைத்) தூண்டினால், அப்போது அல்லாஹ்விடம் பாதுகாப்புத் தேடுவீராக! மெய்யாகவே அவன் செவியேற்பவனாகவும், (யாவற்றையும் நன்கு) அறிபவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

and yet they say: "you, to whom this exposition has been sent are surely possessed of the devil.
(நினைவூட்டும்) வேதம் அருளப் பட்ட(தாகக் கூறுப)வரே! நிச்சயமாக நீர் பைத்தியக்காரர்தான் என்றும் கூறுகின்றனர்.

people, the promise of god is true. let not the worldly life deceive you. let not the devil deceive you about god
மனிதர்களே! நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வின் வாக்குறுதி உண்மையானதாகும்; ஆகவே, இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கை உங்களை ஒரு போதும் ஏமாற்றிவிட வேண்டாம்; இன்னும் (ஷைத்தானாகிய) ஏமாற்றுபவன் உங்களை அல்லாஹ்வை விட்டும் ஏமாற்றி விட வேண்டாம்.

if the devil incite you to evil, seek refuge in god. he is all-hearing and all-knowing.
உங்களுக்கு ஷைத்தானிடத்திலிருந்து ஏதேனும் ஊசாட்டம் (தீயதைச் செய்ய) உம்மைத் தூண்டுமாயின், உடனே அல்லாஹ்விடம் காவல் தேடிக் கொள்வீராக! நிச்சயமாக அவன் (யாவற்றையும்) செவியேற்பவன் நன்கறிபவன்.

and if a slander from the devil wound thee, then seek refuge in allah. lo! he is hearer, knower.
ஷைத்தான் ஏதாவதொரு (தவறான) எண்ணத்தை உம் மனத்தில் ஊசலாடச் செய்து (தவறு செய்ய உம்மைத்) தூண்டினால், அப்போது அல்லாஹ்விடம் பாதுகாப்புத் தேடுவீராக! மெய்யாகவே அவன் செவியேற்பவனாகவும், (யாவற்றையும் நன்கு) அறிபவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

(the devil) upon whom is decreed that whoever befriends him, he will certainly mislead him and show him the path to hell.
அவனை (ஷைத்தானை)ப் பற்றி எழுதப் பட்டுள்ளது எவர் அவனை நண்பனாக எடுத்துக் கொள்கிறாரோ அவரை நிச்சயமாக அவன் வழி கெடுத்து எரி நரகின் வேதனையின் பால் அவருக்கு வழி காட்டுகிறான்.

and o listener! if the devil provokes you, seek the refuge of allah; indeed he is all hearing, all knowing.
ஷைத்தான் ஏதாவதொரு (தவறான) எண்ணத்தை உம் மனத்தில் ஊசலாடச் செய்து (தவறு செய்ய உம்மைத்) தூண்டினால், அப்போது அல்லாஹ்விடம் பாதுகாப்புத் தேடுவீராக! மெய்யாகவே அவன் செவியேற்பவனாகவும், (யாவற்றையும் நன்கு) அறிபவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

and all the devils who built and dived for him.
மேலும், ஷைத்தான்களிலுள்ள கட்டடங்கட்டுவோர், முத்துக்குளிப்போர் ஆகிய யாவரையும்;

இன்னும், ஷைத்தான்கள் இ(வ் வேதத்)தைக் கொண்டு இறங்கவில்லை.
