நிச்சயமாக நல்லோர்களின் பதிவேடும் "இல்லிய்யீ"னில் இருக்கிறது.

nor say of anything, "i shall be sure to do so and so tomorrow"-
(நபியே!) இன்னும் எந்த விஷயத்தைப் பற்றியும் "நிச்சயமாக நாம் நாளை அதைச் செய்பவனாக இருக்கிறேன்" என்று நிச்சயமாக கூறாதீர்கள்.

surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and bliss
நிச்சயமாக, பயபக்தியுடையவர்கள் சுவர்க்கச் சோலைகளிலும், (இறையருளில்) இன்புற்றும் இருப்பார்கள்.

as for the god-fearing, they shall be in the midst of gardens and fountains,
நிச்சயமாக பயபக்தியுடையவர்கள், (சுவர்க்கத்தின்) சோலைகளிலும், நீரூற்றுகளிலும் இருப்பார்கள்.

and peace be on me the day was born and the day die and the day i shall be raised up alive.
"இன்னும், நான் பிறந்த நாளிலும், நான் இறக்கும் நாளிலும் (மறுமையில்) நான் உயிர் பெற்று எழும் நாளிலும் என் மீது சாந்தி நிலைத்திருக்கும்" என்று (அக்குழந்தை) கூறியது.

as for those who have faith and do righteous deeds, they shall be in a garden, rejoicing.
ஆகவே, எவர்கள் ஈமான்கொண்டு ஸாலிஹான (நல்ல) அமல்களைச் செய்தார்களோ அவர்கள், (சுவர்க்கப்) பூங்காவில் மகிழ்விக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

'fear not,' said he. 'surely i shall be with you, hearing and seeing.
(அதற்கு அல்லாஹ்) "நீங்களிருவரும் அஞ்ச வேண்டாம்; நிச்சயமாக நான் (யாவற்றையும்) செவியேற்பவனாகவும், பார்ப்பவனாகவும் உங்களிருவருடனும் இருக்கிறேன்" என்று கூறினான்.

he said: set me over the store houses of the land; verily i shall be a keeper knowing.
(யூஸுஃப்) கூறினார்; "(இந்த) பூமியின் களஞ்சியங்களுக்கு என்னை (அதிகாரியாய்) ஆக்கிவிடுவீராக நிச்சயமாக நான் (அவற்றைப்) பாதுகாக்க நன்கறிந்தவன்."

as for those who shall be wretched. they shall be in the fire, wherein for them shall be panting and roaring.
தூபாப்பிய சாலிகள் (நரக) நெருப்பில் (எறியப்பட்டு) இருப்பார்கள். அதில் அவர்களுக்கு பெருங்கூச்சலும், முணக்கமும்(தான்) இருக்கும்.
