undoubtedly, that to which you invite me has no invitation in the world nor in the hereafter, and indeed our return will be to allah, and indeed it is the transgressors who will be inmates of the fire.
"என்னை நீங்கள் எதன் பக்கம் அழைக்கின்றீர்களோ, அது நிச்சயமாக இவ்வுலகிலும் மறுமையிலும் (நாயன் என) அழைப்பதற்கு சிறிதும் தகுதியில்லாதது மேலும் நிச்சயமாக நாம் அல்லாஹ்விடமே திரும்பச் செல்வோம். இன்னும் நிச்சயமாக வரம்பு மீறியவர்கள் நரக வாசிகளாகவே இருக்கிறார்கள்.

நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் வானங்களுடையவும், பூமியினுடையவும் இரகசியங்களை நன்கறிந்தவன்; இருதயங்களில் (மறைந்து) இருப்பவற்றையும் நிச்சயமாக அவன் நன்கறிந்தவன்.

and if allah had not decreed migration for them, he verily would have punished them in the world, and theirs in the hereafter is the punishment of the fire.
தவிரவும், அவர்கள் மீது வெளியேறுகையை அல்லாஹ் விதிக்காதிருந்தால், இவ்வுலகிலேயே அவர்களைக் கடினமாக வேதனை செய்திருப்பான், இன்னும் அவர்களுக்கு மறுமையிலும் (நரக) நெருப்பின் வேதனை உண்டு.

and had not allahg prescribed banishment for them, surely he would have tormented them in the world; and theirs in the hereafter is the torment of the fire.
தவிரவும், அவர்கள் மீது வெளியேறுகையை அல்லாஹ் விதிக்காதிருந்தால், இவ்வுலகிலேயே அவர்களைக் கடினமாக வேதனை செய்திருப்பான், இன்னும் அவர்களுக்கு மறுமையிலும் (நரக) நெருப்பின் வேதனை உண்டு.

a curse is made to follow them in the world and on the day of resurrection. hapless is the gift (that will be) given (them).
இ(வ்வுலகத்)திலும், கியாம நாளிலும் அவர்கள் சாபத்தால் பின்தொடரப்பட்டனர்; அவர்களுக்கு கிடைக்கும் (இந்த) சன்மானம் மிகவும் கெட்டது.

and whosoever disbelieveth, let not his unbelief grieve thee. unto us is their return, and we shall declare unto them that which they have worked. verily allah is the knower of that which is in the breasts.
(நபியே!) எவன் நிராகரிப்பானோ அவனுடைய குஃப்ரு - நிராகரிப்பு உம்மை விசனப்படுத்த வேண்டாம். அவர்களின் மீளுதல் நம்மிடத்தில்தான் இருக்கிறது அவர்கள் என்ன செய்து கொண்டிருந்தார்கள் என்பதை அப்பொழுது நாம் அவர்களுக்கு அறிவிப்போம் - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் இருதயங்களில் உள்ளவற்றை நன்கறிபவன்.

and recall what time allah shewed them few unto thee in thy dream. and had he shewn them numerous unto thee, surely ye would have flagged and surely ye would have disputed over the affair but allah saved you. verily he is the knower of that which is in the breasts.
(நபியே!) உம் கனவில் அவர்களை(த் தொகையில்) உமக்குக் குறைவாகக் காண்பித்ததையும், அவர்களை உமக்கு அதிகமாகக் காண்பித்திருந்தால், நீங்கள் தைரியம் இறந்து (போர் நடத்தும்) காரியத்தில் நீங்கள் (ஒருவருக்கொருவர் பிணங்கித்)தர்க்கம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்திருப்பீர்கள் என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுவீராக! எனினும் (அப்படி நடந்துவிடாமல் உங்களை) அல்லாஹ் காப்பாற்றினான்; நிச்சயமாக அவன் உள்ளங்களில் உள்ளவற்றை அறிபவன்.

and of them (also) is he who saith: "our lord! give unto us in the world that which is good and in the hereafter that which is good, and guard us from the doom of fire."
இன்னும் அவர்களில் சிலர், "ரப்பனா! (எங்கள் இறைவனே!) எங்களுக்கு இவ்வுலகில் நற்பாக்கியங்களைத் தந்தருள்வாயாக. மறுமையிலும் நற்பாக்கியங்களைத் தந்தருள்வாயாக. இன்னும் எங்களை(நரக) நெருப்பின் வேதனையிலிருந்தும் காத்தருள்வாயாக!" எனக் கேட்போரும் அவர்களில் உண்டு.
