and again he saith, rejoice, ye gentiles, with his people.

for this cause i paul, the prisoner of jesus christ for you gentiles,

ฝ่ายพวกอัครสาวกกับพี่น้องทั้งหลายที่อยู่ในแคว้นยูเดียได้ยินว่า คนต่างชาติได้รับพระวจนะของพระเจ้าเหมือนกั

give none offence, neither to the jews, nor to the gentiles, nor to the church of god:
อย่าเป็นต้นเหตุที่ทำให้พวกยิว หรือพวกต่างชาติ หรือคริสตจักรของพระเจ้าหลงผิดไ

and when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things god had wrought among the gentiles by his ministry.
เมื่อเปาโลคำนับท่านเหล่านั้นแล้ว จึงได้กล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์ทั้งปวงตามลำดับ ซึ่งพระเจ้าทรงโปรดกระทำในหมู่คนต่างชาติโดยการปรนนิบัติของท่า

and when the jews were gone out of the synagogue, the gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.
เมื่อพวกยิวได้ออกไปจากธรรมศาลาแล้ว พวกคนต่างชาติก็อ้อนวอนให้ประกาศคำเหล่านั้นให้เขาฟังในวันสะบาโตหน้

for he shall be delivered unto the gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on:
ด้วยว่าบุตรมนุษย์นั้นจะต้องถูกมอบไว้กับคนต่างชาติ และเขาจะเยาะเย้ยท่าน กระทำหยาบคายแก่ท่าน ถ่มน้ำลายรดท่า

(for he that wrought effectually in peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the gentiles:)
(เพราะว่า พระองค์ผู้ได้ทรงดลใจเปโตรให้เป็นอัครสาวกไปหาพวกที่ถือพิธีเข้าสุหนัต ก็ได้ทรงดลใจข้าพเจ้าให้ไปหาคนต่างชาติเหมือนกัน

(for after all these things do the gentiles seek:) for your heavenly father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

and when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that god had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the gentiles.

และอิสยาห์กล่าวอีกว่า `รากแห่งเจสซีจะมา คือผู้จะทรงบังเกิดมาครอบครองบรรดาประชาชาติ ประชาชาติทั้งหลายจะวางใจในพระองค์

and they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and jerusalem shall be trodden down of the gentiles, until the times of the gentiles be fulfilled.
เขาจะล้มลงด้วยคมดาบ และต้องถูกกวาดเอาไปเป็นเชลยทั่วทุกประชาชาติ และคนต่างชาติจะเหยียบย่ำกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม จนกว่าเวลากำหนดของคนต่างชาตินั้นจะครบถ้ว

behold my servant, whom i have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: i will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the gentiles.
`ดูเถิด ผู้รับใช้ของเราซึ่งเราได้เลือกสรรไว้ ที่รักของเรา ผู้ซึ่งจิตใจเราโปรดปราน เราจะเอาวิญญาณของเราสวมท่านไว้ ท่านจะประกาศการพิพากษาแก่พวกต่างชาต

as touching the gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.
แต่ฝ่ายคนต่างชาติที่เชื่อนั้น เราได้เขียนจดหมายตัดสินมิให้เขาถือเช่นนั้น แต่ให้เขาทั้งหลายงดไม่รับประทานของซึ่งบูชาแก่รูปเคารพ ไม่รับประทานเลือด ไม่รับประทานเนื้อสัตว์ที่รัดคอตาย และไม่ล่วงประเวณี
