1:5 très cher, tu agis fidèlement en te dépensant pour les frères, bien que ce soient des étrangers.
1:5 beloved, thou doest faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers;

5. bien-aimé, tu agis fidèlement dans ce que tu fais pour les frères, et même pour des frères étrangers,
5 beloved, you do faithfully whatever you do for the brethren and for strangers,

- «si tu agis comme tu l'as dit, tu faits comme si tu leur gavais de la cendre chaude.
he (peace and blessings of allah be upon him) said: “if you are as you say, then it is as if you are putting hot ashes in their mouths. allah will continue to support you as long as you continue to do that.”

7laisse s'envoler la mère, et tu pourras prendre les petits. si tu agis ainsi, tu seras heureux et tu vivras longtemps.
7 you may take the young, but be sure to let the mother go, so that it may go well with you and you may have a long life.

the disciple lord, i am not worthy of your consolation or of any spiritual visitation. therefore, you treat me justly when you leave me poor and desolate.

1 tu es donc inexcusable, qui que tu sois, toi qui juges, car en jugeant les autres, tu te condamnes toi-même, puisque toi qui juges, tu agis comme eux.
1 therefore you have no excuse, o man, every one of you who judges. for in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things.
