צופיה הליכות ביתה ולחם עצלות לא תאכל׃
she looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

ערום הלכו בלי לבוש ורעבים נשאו עמר׃
they cause him to go naked without clothing, and they take away the sheaf from the hungry;

וספרתם לכם ממחרת השבת מיום הביאכם את עמר התנופה שבע שבתות תמימת תהיינה׃
and ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:

זה הדבר אשר צוה יהוה לקטו ממנו איש לפי אכלו עמר לגלגלת מספר נפשתיכם איש לאשר באהלו תקחו׃
this is the thing which the lord hath commanded, gather of it every man according to his eating, an omer for every man, according to the number of your persons; take ye every man for them which are in his tents.

דבר אל בני ישראל ואמרת אלהם כי תבאו אל הארץ אשר אני נתן לכם וקצרתם את קצירה והבאתם את עמר ראשית קצירכם אל הכהן׃
speak unto the children of israel, and say unto them, when ye be come into the land which i give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
