2.5 radi potpore državama članicama i uzimajući u obzir izjave vijeća ecofin o ovoj temi, komisija je pripremila prijedlog o izmjeni direktive (eu) 2016/1164 u pogledu hibridne neusklađenosti s trećim zemljama, kao što je neusklađenost hibridnih stalnih poslovnih jedinica, hibridni transfer, uvezena neusklađenost i neusklađenost dvostruke rezidentnosti.
2.5 in view of the support of the member states and the statements of the ecofin council on this subject, the commission has prepared a proposal to amend directive (eu) 2016/1164 as regards hybrid mismatches with third countries, such as hybrid permanent establishment mismatches, hybrid transfers, imported mismatches and dual resident mismatches.
