jedan èini gadost sa ženom susjeda svoga, drugi djelom sramotnim oskvrnjuje snahu svoju, a treæi u tebi siluje sestru, kæerku oca svoga.
and one hath committed abomination with his neighbour's wife; and another hath lewdly defiled his daughter in law; and another in thee hath humbled his sister, his father's daughter.

a svoje sveto ime objavit æu posred naroda svoga izraelskoga i neæu dati da se više oskvrnjuje moje sveto ime! i znat æe svi narodi da sam ja, jahve, svetac izraelov.
so will i make my holy name known in the midst of my people israel; and i will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that i am the lord, the holy one in israel.

svetinje moje prezireš, subote oskvrnjuješ.
thou hast despised mine holy things, and hast profaned my sabbaths.
