cur ergo morimur et devorabit nos ignis hic maximus si enim audierimus ultra vocem domini dei nostri moriemu
now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the lord our god any more, then we shall die.

et succendam ignem in muro rabbae et devorabit aedes eius in ululatu in die belli et in turbine in die commotioni
but i will kindle a fire in the wall of rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

et cadet superbus et corruet et non erit qui suscitet eum et succendam ignem in urbibus eius et devorabit omnia in circuitu eiu
and the most proud shall stumble and fall, and none shall raise him up: and i will kindle a fire in his cities, and it shall devour all round about him.

et visitabo super vos iuxta fructum studiorum vestrorum dicit dominus et succendam ignem in saltu eius et devorabit omnia in circuitu eiu
