then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, o thou wicked servant, i forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:

respondens autem dominus eius dixit ei serve male et piger sciebas quia meto ubi non semino et congrego ubi non spars
his lord answered and said unto him, thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that i reap where i sowed not, and gather where i have not strawed:

dicit ei de ore tuo te iudico serve nequam sciebas quod ego austeris homo sum tollens quod non posui et metens quod non seminav
and he saith unto him, out of thine own mouth will i judge thee, thou wicked servant. thou knewest that i was an austere man, taking up that i laid not down, and reaping that i did not sow:

et dilataverunt super me os suum dixerunt euge euge viderunt oculi nostr
evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

adpropinquansque lacui danihelem voce lacrimabili inclamavit et affatus est eum danihel serve dei viventis deus tuus cui tu servis semper putasne valuit liberare te a leonibu

et tu ne timeas serve meus iacob et ne paveas israhel quia ecce ego salvum te faciam de longinquo et semen tuum de terra captivitatis suae et revertetur iacob et quiescet et prosperabitur et non erit qui exterreat eu
but fear not thou, o my servant jacob, and be not dismayed, o israel: for, behold, i will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.

tu ergo ne timeas serve meus iacob ait dominus neque paveas israhel quia ecce ego salvo te de terra longinqua et semen tuum de terra captivitatis eorum et revertetur iacob et quiescet et cunctis affluet et non erit quem formide
therefore fear thou not, o my servant jacob, saith the lord; neither be dismayed, o israel: for, lo, i will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
