dear all, the above inspection had been allocated on 22/6/23 and been notified by inspector jkkp notification letter via mykkp. as a soft reminder, kindly prepare the following documents prior the inspection as inspector may cancel the inspection if the documents are not in order. 1. valid maintenance contract with hitachi or contract extension letter (pls attach with your master maintenance contract) 2. latest lift/escalator certificates (cf/pma) >> for lift ~ pls paste in the lift car cage 3. jkkp log book. kindly prepare a new log book if the previous log book has been misplaced. 4. second schedule ~ will be prepared by hitachi team we enclose herewith our inspection schedule for your reference thanks & best regards, mazz maz sharina mastor maintenance dept. mk-bhitachi elevator engineering (malaysia) sdn. bhd.
