(55) with regard to the exercise of oversight obligations by the competent authorities of the russian federation, the results of the visit show that they have to accelerate further their work to bring the russian safety rules in line with icao standards and that they should concentrate on the implementation of these standards and the recommendations of the last icao safety audit.
