Šo regulu nepiemēro atbalstam individuāliem projektiem, kuru attaisnotie izdevumi pārsniedz 2 miljonus eur, vai atbalstam, kura summa pārsniedz 1 miljonu eur vienam saņēmējam gadā.
this regulation shall not apply to aid for individual projects with eligible expenses in excess of eur 2 million, or where the amount of aid exceeds eur 1 million per beneficiary per year.

piedzenamā summai tiek noteikti procenti visam laika posmam sākot ar datumu, kad tika veikts pirmais atbalsta pārskaitījums saņēmējam, un līdz datumam, kad summa tiks atmaksāta.
