marka la soo dejiyo suurad way dayaan munafiqiinta qaarkood waar waxayna isdhahaan ruuxna maydin arkaa markaasay gadoomaan, eebe ha iilo quluubtooda illeen waa kuwo aan wax kusayn.
and whenever a chapter is revealed, they cast glances at one another: does any one see you? then they turn away: allah has turned away their hearts because they are a people who do not understand.

badanaa intaan halaagnay hortood qarni, ma ka kasaysaa xaggooda (aragtaa) ruuxna, ama ma ka maqli xaggooda cod.
and how many a generation before them have we destroyed! can you (o muhammad saw) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them?

ruuxna kama dulmin badana cid lagu waaniyey aayaadka eebihiis markaas ka jeedsaday xageeda oo halmaamay waxay hormarsadeen gacmihiisu, waxaan yeellay quluubtooda dabool inayan fahmin quraanka dhagahooda culays haddaad ugu yeedho hanuunkana ma hanuunayaan waligood.
and who does more wrong than he who is reminded of the ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of his lord, but turns away from them forgetting what (deeds) his hands have sent forth. truly, we have set veils over their hearts lest they should understand this (the quran), and in their ears, deafness. and if you (o muhammad saw) call them to guidance, even then they will never be guided.
