94. la ley n.º ley 27840, ley de asilo, tiene como finalidad regular la protección que el estado otorga en su territorio al extranjero considerado perseguido por motivos o delitos políticos y cuya libertad o vida se encuentre en peligro, por lo que establece que ninguna persona solicitante de asilo será sujeta a medida alguna que le obligue a retornar al territorio donde su vida, integridad física o libertad se encuentren en riesgo (artículo 3).
94. act no. 27840, the asylum act, aims to regulate the protection provided by the state within its territory to foreigners considered to be persecuted for political reasons or political offences and whose liberty or life is in danger. it thereby establishes in article 3 that no asylum-seeker shall be subject to any measure requiring them to return to a country where their life, physical safety or liberty are at risk.
