yo pienso y con todo respeto sugiero que nuestro ejercito y nuestra policia deben iniciar hacer obras, a dar educacion, atender problemas sobre salud primaria,en todas aquellas pequeñas poblaciones en donmde elestado aun no ha llegado con todo lo que el campesinado requiere para no dejarse comprar por los grupos al margen de la ley,el ejercito y la policia debentener paralelamente dos grupos, uno que haga presencia militar y pòlicial y otro que haga presencia estatal ofreciendo servicio como los antes descritos y asi vamos recuperando la confianza que se ha perdido en los campesinos de colombia
i think and respectfully suggest that our army and our police must initiate projects, provide education, attend issues on primary health in all those small towns where the state has not arrived yet, with all that it takes farmers to avoid being bought by the outlawed groups. the army and the police should have two groups in parallel, one to maintain military and police presence and another to provide state presence by offering services like the ones described above. this way we will be restoring the confidence that peasants of colombia have lost.
