he casteth the spirit of his command upon whomsoever he will of his bondmen, that he may warn people of the day of meeting.

na radi inamtakasa mwenyezi mungu kwa kumhimidi, na malaika pia, kwa kumkhofu. naye hupeleka mapigo ya radi yakampata amtakaye.
and ar-ra'd (thunder) glorifies and praises him, and so do the angels because of his awe, he sends the thunderbolts, and therewith he strikes whom he wills, yet they (disbelievers) dispute about allah.

yeye ndiye mwenye vyeo vya juu, mwenye a'rshi. hupeleka roho kwa amri yake juu ya amtakaye katika waja wake, ili kuonya kwa siku ya mkutano.
[he is] the exalted above [all] degrees, owner of the throne; he places the inspiration of his command upon whom he wills of his servants to warn of the day of meeting.
