as a project manager we would say yes to the 20 minutes meeting with the actor and his handler. because bilang kami ang may kailangan at nakikiusap lamang kami na kuhanin ang actor na ito for our potential project kailangan naming sumunod or mameet ang time na ibinigay nila since alam naman namin na isa siyang actor na kung saan may possibilities na tight and busy talaga ang schedule niya kaya naman 20 minutes lang ang kaya nilang maibigay.
