பாவம் செய்பவர்கள் மீது உமது இறைவனின் வாக்கு இவ்வாறே உறுதியாகி விட்டது. ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் ஈமான் கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள்.
in this wise is the word of thy lord justified on those who transgress: that they shall not come to believe.

அன்றியும், இவர்களுக்கு முன்னால் நூஹுடைய சமூகத்தாரையும் (நினைவூட்டுவீராக); நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் பாவம் செய்யும் சமூகத்தாராகவே இருந்தார்கள்.
(so had we destroyed) the people of noah before them: they were surely a sinful people.

"அன்றியும் உங்கள் மீது எங்களுக்கு எவ்வித அதிகாரமும் இருக்கவில்லை எனினும் நீங்கள் தாம் வரம்பு கடந்து பாவம் செய்யும் கூட்டத்தாராக இருந்தீர்கள்."
"and we had no authority over you. nay! but you were transgressing people (disobedient, polytheists, and disbelievers).

அவர்களுக்காக நீர் பாவமன்னிப்புக் கோரினாலும் அல்லது பாவமன்னிப்புக் கோராவிட்டாலும் அவர்களுக்குச் சமமேயாகும், அல்லாஹ் அவர்களுக்குப் பாவமன்னிப்பளிக்க மாட்டான் - பாவம் செய்யும் சமூகத்தாரை நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நேர்வழியில் செலுத்த மாட்டான்.
it is all the same for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; never will allah forgive them. indeed, allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.

இவர்களும் மேலா? அல்லது 'துப்பஉ சமூகத்தார்களும், அவர்களுக்கு முன்னருந்தவர்களுமா? நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் பாவம் செய்பவர்களாகவே இருந்தார்கள்; (ஆகவே) அவர்களை நாம் அழித்தோம்.
are these better or the people of tubba and those who went before them? we destroyed them for they were a criminal people.
