goeiedag, ek is nogsteeds baie ontevrede !!!! julle verkoop die sisteem met valse inligting en mislei ons !!!!! die persoon wat my geskakel het, het my veseker dat ek nogsteeds 3 kanale sal hê, ek moet die r 99 betaal en ‘n ekstra bedrag vir die 3de kanaal. die installeerders was saterdagoggend by my huis, toe moes ek by hulle hoor ek kort nog ‘n dekodeerder vir die 3de kanaal want die 2 wat by die huis is, is nie compatable met die 2 nuwe explora’s nie. wat gaan julle hieromtrent doen !!!!!!!
good day, i'm very very disappointed !!!! you sell the system with false information and deceive us !!!!! the person who called me made sure i still have 3 channels, i have to pay the r 99 and an additional amount for the 3rd channel. the installers were at my house on saturday morning, and then i had to hear from them a short decoder for the 3rd channel because the 2 at home is not compatible with the 2 new explora's. what are you going to do about this !!!!!!!
