10.3. der kartenbesteller und kartenerwerber kann seine rechte und pflichten aus dem abgeschlossenen veranstaltungsbesuchsvertrag mit der bf, und damit auch das recht, zutritt zu der/den aufführung/-en zu verlangen, im wege der forderungsabtretung nur dadurch auf einen dritten übertragen, dass der dritte unter Übernahme sämtlicher rechte und pflichten an die stelle des kartenbestellers in den vertrag mit der bf eintritt und kein abtretungsverbot im sinne nachstehender regelungen besteht.
