مادة (17) تلتزم الشركة العضو بمراعاة ما يلى:
article (17) the member company shall undertake to abide by the following:

التزام العضو بسداد اشتراك العضوية واشتراكات التسجيل الخاصة بمديريه ومندوبيه.
the member commitment to pay the membership and registration fee of its directors and representatives.

التزام العضو بمراعاة القواعد المعمول بها في السوق وكافة التعديلات التي تطرأ عليها.
the member undertaking to comply with the rules applicable to the market and all amendments thereof.

مادة (13) تلتزم الشركة العضو بالفصل بين حسابات العملاء بالسوق وبين حساباتها الداخلية.
article (13) the member company must separate clients accounts of the market from its internal accounts.

مادة (12) تلتزم الشركة العضو بالفصل بين الملفات الخاصة بالتداول في كل من السوق والبورصة المحلية.
article (12) the member company must separate the files of circulation in the market from that in the local bourse.

تلتزم الشركة العضو بعمل الترتيبات اللازمة لارسال كشف حساب شهري لكل عميل يشمل رصيد الحساب النقدي والورقي ويشمل بيان بعمليات السحب أو الإيداع النقدى أو الورقى من وإلى الشركة.
the member company shall make necessary arrangements for sending to each client a monthly statement of account, including cash and paper balance of account and a statement of cash or paper withdrawal/deposit to and form the company.

مادة (29) على الشركة العضو الالتزام في كل وقت بالمعايير الفنية التي يضعها السوق والاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد فيما يتعلق بـما يلي:
article (29) the member company must at all times comply with the technical standards set by the market and the executive procedures of the present rules concerning the following:

مادة (25) تلتزم الشركة العضو ومديريها ومندوبيها والعاملين بها وكل من يزاول عمله بالنيابة عنهم تجنب القيام بأي عمل يمكن أن يؤدي إلى عرقلة نشاط السوق أو الأعضاء الآخرين.
article (25) the member company, its directors, representatives, employees, and all those performing jobs on their behalf undertake to avoid any doing any actions which may hinder the continuity of the activities of the market or of the other members.

مادة (21) لا يجوز للشركة العضو السماح لاي من العاملين لديها بالعمل على النظم الآلية في السوق الا بعد اجتيازهم للدورات التدريبية المقررة واستيفائهم متطلبات التدريب المستمر.
article (21) the member company may not allow any of its employees to work on automatic systems except after they have passed the ad hoc training courses and have met the requirements of continuous training.

مادة (19) لا يجوز للشركة العضو أو للعاملين بها ممارسة أية سلطة تقديرية في بيع او شراء الأوراق المالية باسم ولحساب العميل إلا بموجب تفويض كتابي من العميل يحدد فيه حدود تلك السلطة وشروط استخدامها.
article (19) the member company or its employees may not practice any discretionary powers in sale or purchase of securities in the name and on behalf of the clients except by a written authorization from the client in which the limits and conditions of exploiting such powers are specified.

مادة (20) لا يجوز للشركة العضو أن تتقاضى أية أتعاب أو عمولات أو مقابل عن خدمات لم تؤدها ولا أن تتقاضى أتعاب أو عمولات أو مقابل لا يتناسب مع ما أدته من أعمال وفقاً للأحكام والقرارات المنظمة لذلك واتفاقاتها مع عملائها.
article (20) the member company may not take any fee/commission for services not carried out or any fee/commissions not relevant to the performed services in accordance with the related provisions and regulatory resolutions and its agreements with clients.

مادة(26) يكون للسوق \endash بالتنسيق مع الجهات الرقابية بالدول الاعضاء \endash الاعتماد على نتائج التفتيش الذي تجريه الجهة الرقابية في السوق المحلي على الشركة العضو واتخاذ ما يلزم من اجراءات او اتخاذ تدابير قبل الشركة العضو في حال مخالفتها لقواعد العمل في السوق.
article (26) the market may - in coordination with the control bodies of the member countries - rely on the results of inspection made by the control body in the local market on the member company and take necessary procedures or take measures against the member company in case it violates the rules of action in the market.
