ይላሉም « ጌታችን ሆይ ! እኛ ጌቶቻችንንና ታላላቆቻችንን ታዘዝን ፡ ፡ መንገዱንም አሳሳቱን ፡ ፡

is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the lord:
ከእናንተ የታመመ ማንም ቢኖር የቤተ ክርስቲያንን ሽምግሌዎች ወደ እርሱ ይጥራ፤ በጌታም ስም እርሱን ዘይት ቀብተው ይጸልዩለት።

and the elders among them went forth saying : “ go ahead and be steadfast in adhering to your deities . what is being said is with a design . ”
ከእነርሱም መኳንንቶቹ « ሂዱ ፤ በአማልክቶቻችሁም ( መግገዛት ) ላይ ታገሱ ፡ ፡ ይህ ( ከእኛ ) የሚፈለግ ነገር ነውና » እያሉ አዘገሙ ፡ ፡

መጽሐፉንም በወሰደ ጊዜ አራቱ እንስሶችና ሀያ አራቱ ሽማግሌዎች በበጉ ፊት ወደቁ፥ እያንዳንዳቸውም በገናንና የቅዱሳን ጸሎት የሆነ ዕጣን የሞላበትን የወርቅ ዕቃ ያዙ።

ከወገኖቹም መሪዎቹ በእርሱ አጠገብ ባለፉ ቁጥር ከእርሱ እየተሳለቁ መርከቢቱን ይሠራል ፡ ፡ « ከእኛ ብትሳለቁ እኛም እንደተሳለቃችሁብን ከናንተ እንሳለቅባችኋለን » አላቸው ፡ ፡
