Յիսուս դեռ գիւղ չէր հասել, այլ դեռեւս այն տեղում էր, ուր Մարթան նրան ընդառաջ էր ելել:

jesus saith unto her, woman, what have i to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
Եւ Յիսուս նրան ասաց. «Ի՞նչ ես ուզում ինձնից, ո՛վ կին, իմ ժամանակը դեռ չի հասել»:

then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.
Ուզում էին նրան բռնել, բայց ոչ ոք նրա վրայ ձեռք չդրեց, որովհետեւ նրա ժամանակը դեռ չէր հասել:

do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?
Դեռեւս չէ՞ք իմանում եւ չէ՞ք յիշում հինգ նկանակը, որ կերակրեց հինգ հազարին. եւ քանի՞ սակառ վերցրիք.

but in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the amorites is not yet full.
Չորրորդ սերունդը պիտի վերադառնայ այստեղ, որովհետեւ ամորհացիների մեղքերը դեռ իրենց լրումին չեն հասել»:

go ye up unto this feast: i go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.
Դուք գնացէ՛ք այդ տօնին, ես այդ տօնին չեմ գնում, որովհետեւ իմ ժամանակը դեռ չի լրացել»:

and ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Լսելու էք պատերազմների ձայներ եւ պատերազմների լուրեր. զգո՛յշ եղէք, չխռովուէք, որովհետեւ պէտք է, որ այդ ամէնը լինի, բայց դա դեռ վախճանը չէ:

and when they were gone out of the city, and not yet far off, joseph said unto his steward, up, follow after the men; and when thou dost overtake them, say unto them, wherefore have ye rewarded evil for good?
Երբ նրանք քաղաքից դուրս ելան, բայց դեռ հեռու չէին գնացել, Յովսէփն ասաց իր պալատի կառավարիչին. «Վե՛ր կաց, հետապնդի՛ր այդ մարդկանց, հասի՛ր նրանց ու ասա՛. «Ինչո՞ւ էք լաւութեան դիմաց վատութիւն անում:

and when jesus knew it, he saith unto them, why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?
Յիսուս իմացաւ նրանց խորհուրդը եւ նրանց ասաց. «Թերահաւատնե՛ր, ինչո՞ւ էք ձեր սրտերում խորհում, թէ հաց չունէք. դեռ չէ՞ք հասկանում եւ չէ՞ք յիշում. ապշութի՞ւնն է ձեր մտքերը պատել:

and seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
Եւ հեռուից մի տերեւալից թզենի տեսնելով՝ եկաւ, որ թերեւս նրա վրայ մի բան գտնի. եւ երբ նրան մօտեցաւ, ոչինչ չգտաւ, այլ միայն՝ տերեւ, որովհետեւ տակաւին թզի ժամանակը չէր:

(but this spake he of the spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the holy ghost was not yet given; because that jesus was not yet glorified.)
Նա այս ասում էր Հոգու մասին, որին ընդունելու էին իրեն հաւատացողները. քանի որ Հոգին դեռեւս չկար, որովհետեւ Յիսուս դեռ փառաւորուած չէր:
