grace be to you, and peace, from god our father, and from the lord jesus christ.

ထိုခရစ်တော်သည်လည်းကြွလာ၍၊ ဝေးလျက်ရှိသော သင်တို့အား၎င်း၊ နီးလျက်ရှိသောငါတို့အား၎င်း၊ ရန်ငြိမ်းခြင်းတရားတည်းဟူသော ဧဝံဂေလိတရားကို ဟောတော်မူ၏။

and if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
ထိုအိမ်၌မင်္ဂလာသားရှိလျှင်၊ သင်တို့မြွက်သော မင်္ဂလာသည်တည်လိမ့်မည်။

and if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
ထိုအိမ်သည် ထိုက်တန်လျှင် သင်တို့မြွက်သော မင်္ဂလာရောက်စေသတည်း။ မထိုက်တန်လျှင် သင်တို့ ထံသို့ ပြန်လာစေသတည်း။

and if so be that he find it, verily i say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
တွေ့ပြီးလျှင်၊ လမ်းမလွဲ၍ပျောက်သောသိုး ကိုးဆယ်ကိုးကောင်၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းရှိသည်ထက်၊ ထိုသိုး တကောင်၌ သာ၍ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းရှိသည်ဟု ငါအမှန်ဆို၏။

and whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will i destroy from among his people.
ထိုနေ့၌ အလုပ်တစုံတခုကို လုပ်သောသူ မည်သည်ကို၊ သူ၏အမျိုးမှ ငါပယ်ရှား ဖျက်ဆီးမည်။-

and if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.
သင်တို့ကို ကျေးဇူးပြုသောသူတို့အားသာ ကျေးဇူးပြုလျှင် အဘယ်ကျေးဇူးတင်သနည်း။ ဆိုးသော သူတို့သည် ဤမျှလောက် ပြုကြသည်မဟုတ်လော့။

beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
အတွင်း၌ကြမ်းတမ်းသော တောခွေးဖြစ်လျက် သိုးရေကိုခြုံ၍သင်တို့ရှိရာသို့လာသော မိစ္ဆာပရောဖက် တို့ကို သတိနှင့် ရှောင်ကြလော့။

and i, brethren, when i came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of god.
ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ငါသည်သင်တို့ရှိရာသို့ ရောက်လာသောအခါ၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ သက်သေချက်ကို ထူးမြတ်သောစကားနှင့် ထူးမြတ်သော ပညာအားဖြင့် သင်တို့အား ပြသ၍ ရောက်လာသည်မဟုတ်။

and in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of god.
ထိုသို့ရန်သူများကြောင့် အလျှင်းမကြောက်ရွံ့ မတုန်လှုပ်သော အကြောင်းအရာသည်၊ သူတို့၌ ပျက်စီး ခြင်း၏ နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာဖြစ်၏။

and it shall be, if thou go with us, yea, it shall be, that what goodness the lord shall do unto us, the same will we do unto thee.
ငါတို့နှင့် အတူလိုက်လျှင် ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော် မူသော ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါတို့သည် ခံရသည်အတိုင်း သင့်၌ကျေးဇူးပြုပါမည်ဟု ဆိုလေ၏။

and hast thou not there with thee zadok and abiathar the priests? therefore it shall be, that what thing soever thou shalt hear out of the king's house, thou shalt tell it to zadok and abiathar the priests.
မြို့တွင်သင်နှင့်အတူ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ဇာဒုတ် နှင့် အဗျာသာတို့သည် ရှိကြသည်မဟုတ်လော။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ နန်းတော်၌ ကြားသမျှကို ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့အား ပြန် ပြောရမည်။
