therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the lord;

and all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.

a voice of the cry of the shepherds, and an howling of the principal of the flock, shall be heard: for the lord hath spoiled their pasture.
သိုးထိန်းများ ငိုကြွေးသံနှင့် သိုးကြီး သိုးမြတ်များ မြည်သံကိုကြားရ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူတို့ကျက်စားရာအရပ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူ၏။

and he said, the lord will roar from zion, and utter his voice from jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of carmel shall wither.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဇိအုန်တောင်ပေါ်ကကြွေးကြော်၍၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ထဲကအသံကို လွှင့်တော်မူသော ကြောင့်၊ သိုးထိန်းနေရာတို့သည် ညှိုးငယ်၍၊ ကရမေလတောင်ထိပ်သည် နွမ်းရိလိမ့်မည်။

and now i have heard that thou hast shearers: now thy shepherds which were with us, we hurt them not, neither was there ought missing unto them, all the while they were in carmel.
ကိုယ်တော်၌ သိုးမွေးညှပ်သော သူများရှိကြောင်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်ကြားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့နှင့် အတူနေသော ကိုယ်တော်၏ သိုးထိန်းတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မပြစ်မှားပါ။ သူတို့သည် ကရမေလမြို့မှာ နေသော ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ သူတို့ဥစ္စာ တစုံတခုမျှ မပျောက်ပါ။

and this man shall be the peace, when the assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.
အာရှုရိလူသည် ငါတို့ပြည်သို့လာ၍၊ ငါတို့ ဘုံ ဗိမာန်များကို နင်းသောအခါ၊ သိုးထိန်းခုနစ်ပါးနှင့် လူကြီး ရှစ်ပါးတို့သည် ငါတို့တွင် ပေါ်ထွန်း၍၊

and it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, let us now go even unto bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the lord hath made known unto us.

and before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
ရှေ့တော်၌ လူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့ကို စုဝေးစေသဖြင့်၊ သိုးထိန်းသည် သိုးနှင့်ဆိတ်တို့ကို အသီးအခြားခွဲ၍၊
