among his signs is that he created you from the earth, and you are now human beings dispersed everywhere.
އަދި އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވެލީން އުފެއްދެވުންވަނީ، އެކަލާނގެ ކުޅަދުންވަންތަކަމުގެ ހެކިތަކުގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ. ދެން އެހިނދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އިންސާނުންގެ ގޮތުގައި (ބިމުގައި) ފެތުރިގެންވަމުއެވެ.

when he turns his back, his aim everywhere is to spread mischief through the earth and destroy crops and cattle. but allah loveth not mischief.
އަދި އެމީހާ ފުރަގަސްދީ ހިނގައްޖެނަމަ، ބިމުގައި فساد އުފެއްދުމަށްޓަކައި އަދި ދަނޑުފަނގާއި ދަރިފަސްކޮޅު ހަލާކުކުރުމަށްޓަކައި ބިމުގައި މަސައްކަތްކޮށް އުޅެތެވެ. اللَّه، فساد ވެރިކަމަކަށް ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެނެއް ނުވެއެވެ.

he will gulp it but will hardly [be able to] swallow it. and death will come to him from everywhere, but he is not to die.
އޭނާ އެ ދިރުވައިލާނެތެވެ. އޭނާއަށް އެ ދިރުވައިލެވޭނީ، ވަރަށް އުނދަގުލުންނެވެ. އަދި ހުރިހާ ފަރާތަކުން އޭނާގެ ގާތަށް މަރު އަންނާނެތެވެ. (އެކަމަކު) އޭނާ މަރެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ. އަދި އޭނާގެ ކުރިމަތީގައިވަނީ، ގަދަފަދަވެގެންވާ عذاب އެވެ.

to god belong the east and the west. wherever you turn the glory of god is everywhere: all-pervading is he and all-knowing.
مشرق އާއި مغرب މިލްކުވެގެންވަނީ، اللَّه އަށެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކޮންމެ ފަރާތަކަށް އެނބުރުނަސް، އެތަނެއްގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ތަނަވަސްވަންތަ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily allah doth see all that they do.
ފިތުނަވެރިކަމާއި، كافر ކަން ހުއްޓި، މުޅި دين ވަނީ، اللَّه އަށްޓަކާ ކަމުގައި ހިމެނިއްޖައުމަށްދާނދެން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެ كافر ންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކުރަމުން ގެންދާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ހުއްޓާލައިފިނަމަ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، އެއުރެންކުރާ ކަންތައް، މޮޅަށް ބައްލަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

god presents the example of a town which enjoyed peace and security, its provisions coming from everywhere in abundance, but it denied the favours of god; so god acquainted it with intimate hunger and fear (as punishment) for what they had done.
އަމާންވެ، ހިތްހަމަޖެހިގެންވާ ރަށެއްގެ مثال ން، اللَّه مثال އެއް ޖެއްސެވިއެވެ. ކޮންމެ ދިމާޔަކުން ތަނަވަސްވެގެންވާ ގޮތުގައި، އެ ރަށަށް رزق އާދެތެވެ. ދެން اللَّه ގެ نعمة ތަކަށް އެ ރަށުގެ މީހުން كافر ވޫއެވެ. ދެން އެއުރެން ކޮށްއުޅުނު ކަންތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން، ބަނޑުހައިހޫނުކަމާއި، ބިރުވެރިކަމުގެ ފޭރާންލައްވައި، އެކަމުގެ ރަހަ އެއުރެންނަށް اللَّه ދެއްކެވިއެވެ.
