တဖန်ဘုရားသခင်က၊ နေ့နှင့်ညဉ့်ကို ပိုင်းခြားစေခြင်းငှါ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်မျက်နှာကြက်၌ အလင်းအိမ် တည်စေ၊ နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာ၊ ချိန်းချက်သောအချိန်၊ နေ့ရက် အပိုင်းအခြား၊ နှစ်အပိုင်းအခြားဘို့ဖြစ်စေ။

but if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.
ညဉ့်အချိန်၌သွားလာလျှင်မူကား၊ အလင်းမရှိသောကြောင့် ထိမိ၍လဲတတ်၏ဟု မိန့်တော်မူပြီးမှ၊

moreover thou leddest them in the day by a cloudy pillar; and in the night by a pillar of fire, to give them light in the way wherein they should go.
ထိုမှတပါး၊ နေ့အချိန်၌ မိုဃ်းတိမ်တိုင်အားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ ညဉ့်အချိန် ၌ သူတို့သွားရာလမ်းကို လင်းစေသော မီးတိုင်အားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ သူတို့ကို ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူ၏။
