be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the lord.
ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကိုးစားသောသူအပေါင်းတို့၊ အာယူ၍ ရဲရင့်သော စိတ်နှလုံးရှိကြလော့။

better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.
စိတ်နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့နှင့် ပေါင်းဘော်၍ စိတ် နှိမ့်ချခြင်းသည်၊ မာနကြီးသော သူတို့နှင့် ဆက်ဆံ၍ လုယူ သောဥစ္စာကို ဝေမျှခြင်းထက် သာ၍ကောင်း၏။

for though i be free from all men, yet have i made myself servant unto all, that i might gain the more.
ငါသည် အဘယ်သူ၏ကျွန် မဖြစ်သော်လည်း သာ၍များသော သူတို့ကိုရခြင်းအလိုငှါ လူတကာတို့၏ ကျွန်ခံရ၏။

and god almighty give you mercy before the man, that he may send away your other brother, and benjamin. if i be bereaved of my children, i am bereaved.
ထိုသူသည် သင်တို့ အစ်ကိုတယောက်နှင့် ဗင်္ယာမိန်ကို လွှတ်လိုက်မည်အကြောင်း၊ သင်တို့သည် သူ့စိတ်နှင့်တွေ့ရသောအခွင့်ကို အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင် ဘုရား သခင်ပေးတော်မူပါစေသော။ သို့ရာတွင် ငါသည် သားဆုံးခြင်းကိုခံရလျှင် ခံရတော့မည်ဟု သားတို့အား ဆိုသည်အတိုင်း၊

and i will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly i love you, the less i be loved.
ငါသည်သင်တို့ကို ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာ စိတ်တိုးပွါးသည်အတိုင်း သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကိုချစ်ခြင်း မေတ္တာစိတ် ဆုတ်ယုတ်သော်လည်း၊ သင်တို့ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်၏ အကျိုး အလိုငှါ ငါသည်ကိုယ်ဥစ္စာကို၎င်း၊ ကိုယ်ကို၎င်း၊ ကုန်စေ ခြင်းငှါ အလွန်စေတနာရှိ၏။

but though i be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.
စကားအားဖြင့်လူရိုင်းဟုတ်သော်လည်း၊ ပညာအားဖြင့် လူရိုင်းမဟုတ်။ သင်တို့တွင် အရာရာ၌ ငါတို့ သည်အစဉ် ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်ထင်ရှားစွာ ပြကြပြီ။

ဝင်းပတ်လည်၌ တိုင်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် ငွေတံစို့၊ ငွေတန်း၊ ကြေးဝါခြေစွပ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံရမည်။

and i will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, i will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.
သူ့ကိုငါကောင်းကြီးပေး၍၊ သူ့အားဖြင့်လည်း သင်အား သားကိုပေးမည်။ အကယ်စင်စစ်သူ့ကို ကောင်း ကြီးပေး၍၊ သူသည် လူအမျိုးမျိုးဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ သူ၏အမျိုးအနွယ်၌လည်း အပြည်ပြည်သော ရှင်ဘုရင်ဖြစ်ကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု၊ အာဗြဟံအား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and i will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall i be had in honour.
ထိုမျှမက၊ ငါသာ၍ယုတ်မာမည်။ ကိုယ် အထင်အတိုင်းကိုယ်ကိုသာ၍ နှိမ့်ချမည်၊ သင်ပြောသော ကျွန်မများမူကား၊ ငါ့ကိုချီးမွမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု မိခါလကို ပြန်ပြော၏။

and jephthah said unto the elders of gilead, if ye bring me home again to fight against the children of ammon, and the lord deliver them before me, shall i be your head?
ယေဖသက၊ အမ္မုန်လူတို့ကို စစ်တိုက်စေခြင်းငှါ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကို ပြန်ပို့၍ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတို့ကို ငါ့ရှေ့မှာ အပ်တော်မူလျှင်၊ ငါသည် သင်တို့ အထွဋ်ဖြစ်ရသောအခွင့်ကို ပေးမည်လောဟု ဂိလဒ်ပြည်သား အသက်ကြီးသူတို့အား မေးလေသော်၊

and if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.
