it is no sin in you that you enter uninhabited houses wherein you have your necessaries; and allah knows what you do openly and what you hide.
އެ ގެތަކުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބޭނުމެއްވާ، އަދި މީހުންނޫޅޭ ގެތަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވަނުމަކުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަކަށް ކުށެއްނެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފާޅުކުރާ ކަންތަކާއި، ވަންހަނާކުރާ ކަންތައް اللَّه ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.

(it is) no sin for you to enter uninhabited houses wherein is comfort for you. allah knoweth what ye proclaim and what ye hide.
އެ ގެތަކުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބޭނުމެއްވާ، އަދި މީހުންނޫޅޭ ގެތަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވަނުމަކުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަކަށް ކުށެއްނެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފާޅުކުރާ ކަންތަކާއި، ވަންހަނާކުރާ ކަންތައް اللَّه ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.

there is nothing wrong in your entering uninhabited houses if that serves a useful purpose: god knows all that you do openly, and all that you would conceal.
އެ ގެތަކުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބޭނުމެއްވާ، އަދި މީހުންނޫޅޭ ގެތަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވަނުމަކުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަކަށް ކުށެއްނެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފާޅުކުރާ ކަންތަކާއި، ވަންހަނާކުރާ ކަންތައް اللَّه ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.

and how many towns did we destroy which had stooped to self indulgence! so here lie their dwellings, uninhabited after them except a little; and only we are the inheritors.
އަދި އެއުރެންނަށް ދެއްވި ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ ތަނަވަސްކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް كبر ވެރިވެގެން އުޅުނު ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަލާކުކޮށްލެއްވިން ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ގެދޮރު (ފެންނާން) އެހުރީއެވެ. ވަރަށްމަދު ހިނދުކޮޅެއްގައި މެނުވީ، އެއިން ގެއެއްގައި އެއުރެންނަށްފަހު، މީހަކަށް ނޫޅެވެތެވެ. އަދި ދެމިހުންނަނިވި ވާރުތަވެރިޔަކީވެސް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. (އެބަހީ: އެންމެހާ ތަކެތި ފަނާވެދިއުމަށްފަހުވެސް ދިރިދެމިވޮޑިގެންވަނީ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.)

how many a town we have destroyed that exulted in its lifestyle! there lie their dwellings, uninhabited after them except by a few, and we were the [sole] inheritors.
އަދި އެއުރެންނަށް ދެއްވި ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ ތަނަވަސްކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް كبر ވެރިވެގެން އުޅުނު ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަލާކުކޮށްލެއްވިން ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ގެދޮރު (ފެންނާން) އެހުރީއެވެ. ވަރަށްމަދު ހިނދުކޮޅެއްގައި މެނުވީ، އެއިން ގެއެއްގައި އެއުރެންނަށްފަހު، މީހަކަށް ނޫޅެވެތެވެ. އަދި ދެމިހުންނަނިވި ވާރުތަވެރިޔަކީވެސް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. (އެބަހީ: އެންމެހާ ތަކެތި ފަނާވެދިއުމަށްފަހުވެސް ދިރިދެމިވޮޑިގެންވަނީ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.)
