1. roll outs will happen in the presence of the entire dealer staff from pdi à sales à service à spare parts, including all the support functions of accounts / finance, hr, admin, it, etc.. role holders of both pv & cv will participate in this roll out. 2. depending upon the number of participants per dealership a suitable venue may be chosen. projector, mic, sound system, seating arrangement with proper ventilation etc needs to be planned. the session will be for about 2.5 ~ 3 hrs. 3. following dealership role holders will be sensitized for their responsibilities & accountabilities (with distribution of z-cards) a. sales - sales head, sales managers, sales consultant, td marshall, cxm, dem, receptionist b. customer care – service head, service manager, technician, technical manager, crm, fqc, mjc, sa/rm, parts manager, cashier, dem, cxm, washing supervisor. 4. links above are accessible only to mahindra employees. only the dealer template ppt and z cards can be shared with dealerships by the regional office. 5. avs are under development and final upload will be done by 30th may. final videos will be also be pushed to mahindra dealership academy - mda app / emile portal, which can be accessed by dealer sales / customer care role holders in self-training online modules. 6. print specs for the z card - gloss finish 170 gsm art paper, size : 14cms x 27cms (3 folds) & 14cms x 36cms (4 folds). all z cards will be – 14cms x 9cms when folded to store in shirt pockets / display on their desks. 7. sales & customer care zonal heads will be accountable for the execution of this d2w roll out sessions @ their dealerships, target is to complete all roll outs by 30th june 2023. pl. feel free to reach out to cx-hq team members for any assistance in executing these roll outs @ your locations.
