one of the most exciting things that i have experienced has been the school inter class soccer matches. it is so fun watching the two classes play against each other in soccer. the best grade to watch are the grade twelve because their games are some of the most eventful games in the tournament. another thing i experienced was the school friday assembly. every friday we have a school assembly and are thaught mew things amd told stories.
een van die opwindendste dinge wat ek ervaar het, was die skole interklas sokkerwedstryde. dit is so lekker om te kyk hoe die twee klasse mekaar in sokker praat. die beste graad om na te kyk is die graad twaalf, want hul wedstryde is van die mees gebeurtenisvolle wedstryde in die toernooi. nog iets wat ek ervaar het, was die skool vrydag byeenkoms. elke vrydag hou ons 'n skoolbyeenkoms en word dinge geleer en stories vertel.

if i were to have a role model it would be my dad. my dad is an engineering genius and a good father. he is resourceful and thrifty. he is wise and experienced in so many things. he knows how to deal with almost any situation. i chose him because he is the person that helps me translate my afrikaans orals. i also chose him because he is someone i know in person and he has known me my whole life.

an incident i will never forget. sleeping that's what i have been doing for the last two hours. i was exhausted and famished . so i had to stand up and go make myself food which was very tiring for a teenager like me. so i ended up making alfredo pasta and let me tell you it tasted amazing. then suddenly the door was slammed open. a dark figure stood outside the door. the person looked kinda tipsy. he couldn't stand upright. i tried to see who it was, then i saw that person was none other than my father. he was drunk. my father never drank and what shocked me the most was he had another female with him. my father then ordered me to go to him. i hesitantly went to him. he then slapped me. he started shouting at me, accusing me. he told me it's all my fault i'm the cause of why his wife died. he then told me from now on this lady will be my mom. that's when i said something. i argued with him saying that no one can replace my mom, and it's not my fault moms dead. he told me if i dont listen to his rules i better go out. so that's what i did. i went upstairs, took all my necessary stuff, packed all my clothes then went downstairs. i walked past him and out the door i went. but i didn't think about where i am gonna stay. that's when i called my best friend. she allowed me to stay by her house till i can find another place to stay. i actually dont regret living that place. i actually feel relieved. and that is the incident i will never forget.
