during the day, we will learn how to cook typical dishes of parma such as the tortelli d’erbetta, a square-shape egg pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, as well as the “torta fritta” a fried bread which will accompany perfectly all the salamis of our region. we will roll up our sleeves in a wonderful kitchen and learn how to prepare the dough, the filling and all the other dishes with the help of a very kind local and traditional cook, the “rezdora”.
in questa giornata impareremo a cucinare i piatti tipici di parma come i tortelli d'erbetta, una pasta all’uovo di forma quadrata che viene farcita con un gustoso ripieno e la “torta fritta” un pane sottile fritto che accompagnerà i fantastici salumi locali. in una splendida cucina metteremo le mani in pasta e impareremo a fare la sfoglia il ripieno e le altre preparazioni con l’aiuto di una simpatica cuoca locale, la“rezdora”.
