known unto god are all his works from the beginning of the world.
ⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲒⲤϪⲈⲚ ⲠⲈⲚⲈϨ.

and have tasted the good word of god, and the powers of the world to come,
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲨϪⲈⲘϮⲠⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲚⲈϤ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒϪⲞⲘ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲈⲚⲈϨ ⲈⲐⲚⲎⲞⲨ.

and saying, if thou be the king of the jews, save thyself.
ⲈⲨϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲒⲒⲞⲨⲆⲀⲒ ⲚⲀϨⲘⲈⲔ.

ye are the light of the world. a city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
ⲚⲐⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲪⲞⲨⲰⲒⲚⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲚⲦⲈⲞⲨⲂⲀⲔⲒ ⲬⲰⲠ ⲈⲤⲬⲎ ϨⲒϪⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲦⲰⲞⲨ.

and began to salute him, hail, king of the jews!

i pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

but he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.

and set up over his head his accusation written, this is jesus the king of the jews.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲨⲤϦⲈ ⲦⲈϤⲈⲦⲒⲀ ⲤⲀⲠϢⲰⲒ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲀⲪⲈ ⲈⲤⲤϦⲎⲞⲨⲦ ⲘⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ϪⲈ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲒⲒⲞⲨⲆⲀⲒ.

i have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as i am not of the world.
ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲀⲒϮ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲘⲠⲈⲔⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲘⲈⲤⲦⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ϨⲀⲚⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲈⲘⲠⲀⲢⲎϮ ϨⲰ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲞⲨⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲚ.

that the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;
ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲤⲈϬⲒ ⲘⲠϢⲒϢ ⲘⲠⲤⲚⲞϤ ⲚⲚⲒⲠⲢⲞⲪⲎ ⲦⲎⲤ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲪⲞⲚϤ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲒⲤϪⲈⲚ ⲦⲔⲀⲦⲀⲂⲞⲖⲎ ⲘⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲞⲦⲤ ⲚⲦⲀⲒⲄⲈⲚⲈⲀ.

for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
ⲈⲢⲈ ⲞⲨⲚⲒϢϮ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚϨⲞϪϨⲈϪ ϢⲰⲠⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲤⲎⲞⲨ ⲈⲦⲈⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲘⲠⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲘⲠⲈϤⲢⲎϮ ⲒⲤϪⲈⲚ ϨⲎ ⲘⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ϢⲀ ϮⲚⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲚⲚⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲞⲚ.

the next day john seeth jesus coming unto him, and saith, behold the lamb of god, which taketh away the sin of the world.
ⲈⲠⲈϤⲢⲀⲤϮ ⲆⲈ ⲀϤⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲈϤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ϨⲀⲢⲞϤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲒⲤ ⲠⲒϨⲒⲎⲂ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲰⲖⲒ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ.

wherefore if ye be dead with christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲀⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲘⲞⲨ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲀ ⲚⲒⲤⲦⲞⲒⲬⲒⲞⲚ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲀϦⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲰⲠ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚϨⲀⲚⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲈⲨⲰⲚϦ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ.

again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
ⲠⲀⲖⲒⲚ ⲞⲚ ⲀϤⲞⲖϤ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲒⲆⲒⲀⲂⲞⲖⲞⲤ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲦⲰⲞⲨ ⲈϤϬⲞⲤⲒ ⲈⲘⲀϢⲰ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲦⲀⲘⲞϤ ⲈⲚⲒⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲰⲞⲨ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲞⲨⲰⲞⲨ.

then spake jesus again unto them, saying, i am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
ⲠⲀⲖⲒⲚ ⲞⲚ ⲀϤⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲈϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲠⲈ ⲪⲞⲨⲰⲒⲚⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲘⲞϢⲒ ⲚⲤⲰⲒ ⲚⲚⲈϤⲘⲞϢⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲬⲀⲔⲒ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲈϤⲈϬⲒ ⲘⲪⲞⲨⲰⲒⲚⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲰⲚϦ.

let christ the king of israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. and they that were crucified with him reviled him.
ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲘⲠⲒⲤⲖ ⲘⲀⲢⲈϤⲒ ⲈϦⲢⲎⲒ ϮⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒ ⲠⲒⲤⲦⲀⲨⲢⲞⲤ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀϨϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲀϢⲞⲨ ⲚⲈⲘⲀϤ ⲚⲀⲨϮϢⲰϢ ⲚⲀϤ.

for the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
ⲞⲨ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲠⲒⲚⲞⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲚ ⲀⲨϮ ⲘⲠⲒⲰϢ ⲚⲀⲂⲢⲀⲀⲘ ⲒⲈ ⲠⲈϤϪⲢⲞϪ ⲈⲐⲢⲈϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈϤⲞⲒ ⲚⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲀϨϮ.

then said the chief priests of the jews to pilate, write not, the king of the jews; but that he said, i am king of the jews.
ⲚⲀⲨϪⲰ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲠⲈ ⲘⲠⲒⲖⲀⲦⲞⲤ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲒⲀⲢⲬⲒⲈⲢⲈⲨⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲒⲒⲞⲨⲆⲀⲒ ϪⲈ ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲤϦⲀⲒ ϪⲈ ⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲒⲒⲞⲨⲆⲀⲒ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ϪⲈ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲀϤϪⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲒⲒⲞⲨⲆⲀⲒ.
