je! mwenye kuweka msingi wa jengo lake juu ya kumcha mwenyezi mungu na radhi zake ni bora au mwenye kuweka msingi wa jengo lake juu ya ukingo wa shimo linalo burugunyika, na likaburugunyika naye katika moto wa jahannamu?

is he who founded his building upon duty to allah and his good pleasure better; or he who founded his building on the brink of a crumbling, overhanging precipice so that it toppled with him into the fire of hell?
je! mwenye kuweka msingi wa jengo lake juu ya kumcha mwenyezi mungu na radhi zake ni bora au mwenye kuweka msingi wa jengo lake juu ya ukingo wa shimo linalo burugunyika, na likaburugunyika naye katika moto wa jahannamu?

and remember allah's favour unto you in that ye were enemies and he joined your hearts together, so ye became by his favour brethren; and ye were on the brink of an abyss of the fire and he rescued you therefrom.
na kumbukeni neema ya mwenyezi mungu iliyo juu yenu: vile mlivyo kuwa nyinyi kwa nyinyi maadui naye akaziunganisha nyoyo zenu; kwa neema yake mkawa ndugu. na mlikuwa ukingoni mwa shimo la moto, naye akakuokoeni nalo.

na shikamaneni kwa kamba ya mwenyezi mungu nyote pamoja, wala msifarikiane. na kumbukeni neema ya mwenyezi mungu iliyo juu yenu: vile mlivyo kuwa nyinyi kwa nyinyi maadui naye akaziunganisha nyoyo zenu; kwa neema yake mkawa ndugu.
