and shalt say unto them, thus saith the lord of hosts; even so will i break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter's vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in tophet, till there be no place to bury.

verumtamen scitote et cognoscite quod si occideritis me sanguinem innocentem traditis contra vosmet ipsos et contra civitatem istam et habitatores eius in veritate enim misit me dominus ad vos ut loquerer in auribus vestris omnia verba hae
but know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth the lord hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.
