revendications pour les etats contractants suivants : es, gr un procédé pour la préparation d'un polypeptide choisi dans le groupe constitué du polypeptide ayant la séquence d'acides aminés et un polypeptide de 62 acides aminés qui possède la séquence d'acides aminés dans lesquellesa t* représente de la thréonine dont le groupe hydroxy est libre ou glycosylé, et dans laquelle z représente l'atome d'hydrogène phénolique de la tyrosine ou bien un groupe -so₃h, ainsi que les sels de ceux-ci, procédé comportant : a. l'isolation dudit polypeptide des corps de l'espèce de sangsue hirudinaria manillensis par une combinaison de techniques de précipitation et de techniques chromatographiques ; ou b. la synthèse, par voie chimique, dudit polypeptide par synthèse des peptides, ou bien c. la culture de cellules hôtes, transformées à l'aide d'un vecteur hybride comportant un promoteur lié, de façon active, à une séquence d'adn codant ledit polypeptide, et l'isolation dudit polypeptide, et, si on le souhaite, l'élimination dans un composé de la formule i obtenue dans lequel z est le groupe -so₃h, du groupe monoester de l'acide sulfurique par hydrolyse et/ou, si on le souhaite, l'élimination du résidu glycosylique dans un composé de formule i ou ii obtenu, par hydrolyse ou acidolyse, et/ou, si on le souhaite, la conversion d'un polypeptide obtenu présentant des groupes amino et/ou carboxy libres en un sel ou bien la conversion d'un sel obtenu en composé libre.
